family room is good

The location is next to Pupen and the beach. The living room in the family room is good for a family traveling together, but there is no air conditioning. In the room, providing a microwave and pot. The room is so big. One room has a queen bed and one single bed; another room has twin beds. It's good for a big family.

the service was not like a hotel. It is like a serviced apartment. If you have a car, you have to pay a deposit of 1000 THB to rent a door remote control to enter the parking lot. TV in the room, which I cannot watch. no wifi.

good stay but need to look into more cleaning staff and control of the stray dogs!

value for money, big room.

not enough cleaning staff, the poor ladies only got at 7pm to our room every night! useless dogs in front of the hotel barking through the night - very annoying.

Pleasant

Very nice rooftop pool, workout room and very close to the sea. The bed is comfortable. Towels were changed every day. Warm water came after I asked the staff. so I did not open the window, I used the air conditioner all the time. There was enough drinking water in the room, Nice modern tv, good wi-fi.

There was some specific smell, which disappeared when using the air conditioner. I didn't like that you had to contact the staff to set up warm water. The room was located very close to the neighboring house,

First hotel in the world that doesn't provide shampoo or soap, wifi and light in the passage.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights with my family. I had booked a 2 bedroom suite in this HOTEL. But the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment in a residential building close to this hotel. We reached there in the midnight and it was difficult for us to go to the apartment because there was no lights in the passage. We used our mobile phone torch to go to the room. It was really a bad experience for my children aging 8 to 12 years. When we went to the room there was no wifi. Next day when we asked for wifi, the hotel receptionist said there is no wifi available in this flat. I asked her please provide us atleast shampoo or soap to take shower as there were nothing available in the wash room. She said she will send a guy to fill the empty shampoo bottle asap. But this imaginary guy never showed up. Finally we managed to take bath without soap or shampoo. Because there is no telephone to call the room service and remind them. This hotel is not recommended for families looking for 2 bedroom suite.

The location is good.

The location is good. Walk around 100m to the beach and near restaurant.

Water logged in bath room. The light at dinning table can not turn on. Fitness room is dirty and machine can not use.

A hotel converted from a condo. Do not expect a full service hotel.

This is a hotel which is converted from a condo. Hence, do not expect the comfortability like those of a hotel. Leave alone this issue, its location is ok and easy to reach. Front office is friendly though.

One of the toilet did not work. No in house phone to contact its staffs. Consider that it was an overnight stay, we decided to live as is; sharing the other toilet.

Far enough away from the night life it doesn't affect you. But if you wanted to go into town the taxi tuktuk was very easy and cheap regularly to use

Bit far out the way but easy to get around.

I'd booked studio room which display double bed but this...

I'd booked studio room which display double bed but this is so tricky no double bed in this hotel for studio room. Staff try to move bed for us but it keeps moving when we sleep. They claim it was website fault. Lots of customer complain about it but I saw same picture at lobby! I found it was not soundprove so noisy both next door and street. The curtain couldn't cover the window and the parking lost of busy restuarant was out side. Bathroom was flooded I had to removed hair and clean the drain pipe cover.

The hotel is located in a quiet area.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. There are restaurants very near and Family Mart just outside. The Family 2 bedroom suit was very spacious. The beds were large enough, water pressure was good. Great balconies from both bedrooms.

The Gym could have been better equipped though - maybe some towels inside, water and AC. Other than this all good about the hotel - the sea is not the greatest at this area due to many food carts near the road and it's getting dirty due to it. This has nothing to do with the hotel but with us all :)

I enjoyed Pattaya but didn’t like this hotel

I got a free parking ,

This hotel is not 4 star , but booking.com set this hotel’s ranking 4 star, the floor was dirty , nothing given in the bathroom , no soap or shampoo , the bathroom was really smelly !! Will never go back to this hotel ever again or receommrnd anyone to go there

AC didnt work, water heater didnt work, at 5am when we got up we want to use the toilet but the hotel cut off the water. We had to call front desk. The room was dirty, door lock was broken

Everything was poor the room the staff and the location. Staff where mostly unhappy and unhelpful. Most where lady boys felt very uncomfortable
